Services
One accountability, five lines of work.
One person runs each project from the first call to launch, and brings in freelance specialists when a project needs them. On most projects that also means the consulting, project management and admin work around the build.
Product & app development
Installable web apps with customer, staff and admin sides; payments; notifications; exports; back-office tools.
Online shops & websites
PrestaShop, WooCommerce and WordPress, custom modules and plugins, multilingual sites, migrations, local search pages.
Brand & editorial design
Logos and identities, print, illustration, editorial layout, motion, interface mockups.
Ongoing care
Hosting, updates, feedback rounds with dated changelogs, help with content. Three networks’ worth of client sites, looked after year after year.
Consulting, project & admin management
Scoping and advice, choosing tools and vendors, coordinating freelancers and suppliers, and the admin around a project: domains, hosting and service accounts, access, payment providers, legal pages.
How a project runs
You deal with the same person from the first call to the last fix. The work is written down as it goes, so you always know what changed and why.
Listen
A call about the business, the people who will use the product, and what already exists.
Calculate
A short written scope and a quote, worked out for this project. A Figma mockup when the interface matters.
Build on staging
You see the work on a staging address from the first week.
Feedback rounds
You send a list or a PDF of notes. Each round ships as a dated changelog in plain language. One client's app has had 38 of them.
Launch
Domain, email, analytics, legal pages, and a walkthrough for the people who will edit content.
Care
Hosting, updates and small changes, or a handover to your own team.
Ways to work together
Project
A fixed scope and a quote.
Ongoing care
A monthly plan for hosting, updates and a set amount of changes.
Embedded
Kevin joins your team as a developer and designer, on contract or full time.
In every case you own your domain, your code and your content.
Have a project, or a role to fill?
Write a few lines about it. Kevin answers himself, in English or French.
